Submit a request to permanently delete your Krenter user account and associated personal data.

Krenter Data Deletion Policy & Scope

In compliance with Google Play Data Safety and Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v), Krenter enables users to request full account deletion and erasure of their personal information without needing to reinstall or access the mobile app.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Account Profile: Full name, registered email, phone number, address, profile photo.
Property Listings: All listings created or managed by your account.
Rental Records: Active and previous tenant records, landlord agreements.
Payments: Payment records and transaction logs tied to your user ID.
Messages: In-app chats and correspondence where your email is sender or recipient.

Retention & Legal Exceptions

Statutory Tax Records: Legally mandated lease receipts or accounting records may be preserved in encrypted archives for up to 7 years strictly to satisfy state and federal tax audits.
Fraud & Dispute Prevention: Records tied to ongoing disputes or unresolved security incidents.
Zero Profiling: Retained records are never used for marketing, advertising, or profiling.

Processing SLA: Requests are acknowledged immediately and permanently executed within 30 calendar days.

I understand that this action is irreversible. Once processed, my account, properties, tenant history, payment records, and messages cannot be recovered. *
